This allows us to get notified right in our Slack channel when a new proof is uploaded or a client makes a revision, comment, or approval. It is huge for our workflow.”

“The fact that Zapier connects with GoVisually has been super important because it allows us to connect GoVisually to Monday.com, which we use for project management. This means when a proof is uploaded, the project manager is immediately notified and assigned to the project. When a client makes a revision, it is automatically sent back to me (the graphic designer). When a client approves a proof, the project is marked as approved. Having these things all automated keeps things from slipping through the cracks, and it allows us to NOT spend man-hours doing tasks that are so much easier to just automate.”
