What is Koofr?
Koofr offers EU-based cloud storage with the ability to connect personal storage and Google Drive, Dropbox, Amazon Drive and OneDrive accounts.
Koofr works with all modern browsers, as well as Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, WebDAV and has apps for Android and iOS. Koofr can automatically back up data from phones, and store computer backups.
Data is uploaded with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)/TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption and stored in at least 3 physical locations within highly secured data centers in the European Union. Metadata and actual content are kept on separate layers, or completely separate servers, and once files are deleted from the trash, no copies remain.
Koofr can also be used by ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and cloud infrastructure providers, to offer STaaS (STorage as a Service) solutions to their users. Koofr can be connected to a variety of different file and object storage systems, and fully integrated and branded, running either on-premise or in the cloud.

The Koofr Chrome extension and Firefox Add-on allow users to save content directly from websites, including pictures and videos, text, and different files.
The Koofr app is available for Windows, Mac, Linux and iOS (both iPad and iPhone) and Android, enabling users to store information from multiple locations and sources.
Koofr can be connect to Dropbox, Google Drive, Amazon Cloud Drive and OneDrive, allowing users to search through all their files in one place.
Koofr can be fully branded, running on-premise or in the cloud for STaaS (STorage as a Service) providers.
Files can be shared with other users within Koofr, or through public or password protected links, which can be set to expire after a given time.
Data is stored in at least three physically separate locations, in secure data centers within the European Union. When files are deleted, no copies are kept.
