Pros

The mobile app is fantastic and so far offers the same capabilities as the desktop app. It's nice having a preserved chat channel around the team and promotes an added degree of organization.
Love all the apps that can be linked to the software and the personalization abilities. Also good that you can easily track what files were sent.
To start with, i must disclose that Microsoft Teams makes communication easier, smooth and easy. Behind it, there is a great customer support team, very helpful and responsive.

Pros

Telegram is super easy to use and doesn't make communication a hassle for anyone. I love it and I would definitely recommend.
Free, easy to use, stable, seamlessly integrates text, images, and video formats. Basically, pretty great for everything but live streaming (audio or video).
It's a great app, work seamlessly everywhere in every kind of phone, tablet and computer. I am safe storing my chat with Telegram as they are on the cloud and I can access them whenever I want.

Cons

I have yet to figure out all the features in the program. I have a weak internet, therefore loose the video and sometimes the sound is distorted.
The teams arrangement is not straightforward and the UI is very busy. Often times, notifications are lost when there are multiple channels within a team and those channels are in the collapsed view.
Notifications for teams are not automatically enabled so you have to enable it yourself but you might run into problems because it is not very user-friendly.

Cons

During the last Hong Kong protest the feature of Telegram that allows seeing the contacts that are already in your phone contacts may have been exploited to identify the participants in the protest.
I am an employee of a beverage manufacturing company and my team always complained about the loss of production information such as videos, images or data sheets in a competing application.
I cant think of anything in specific other than maybe lack of features or lack of major user base. I use facebook messenger for more text communication and discord for most online voice communication.

Telegram

Great professional instant messaging option

My overall experience with Telegram is very positive. I will continue to use it for work, and recommend it to any organization looking to talk quickly back and forth without the hassle of email.

Pros

I like how easy it is to set up groups, add users, and switch between chats. Telegram is extremely easy to adjust settings on such as launching when I turn on my computer or changing profile settings, and those are important features to me as well. The GIFs are a nice addition.

Cons

I don't like that I had to submit my phone number in order to use the product. I used to use Microsoft teams in different settings and never had to do that. Besides that, there isn't too much negative to say. Very cool product.
