Pros

The overall experience have been great, free moving around, it feels like downloading what you want to keep and remember, and taking care of that.
Aesthetically, Miro is also just great. I love how such a simple look is still capable of so many great features.
Overall, a terrific experience that allowed our team to move ideas around in novel ways, leading to interesting new findings.

Pros

Super easy to use, powerful features, ability to invite guests for FREE, Great technical support, lots of video tutorials available.
ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.

Cons

The controls are frustrating, the design is unpleasant, and we spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than we did actually collaborating.
The usability of the software is a little difficult. While it's a feature-rich program, it tried to emulate physical tools such as a white-board, but fails on several facets.
It's basically only usable when using a track pad, and even then the controls feel clunky and slow. Beyond that, the actual editing process of the pages is difficult and the menus are confusing.

Cons

Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.

For people with a-typical workflows and who plan best visually this is a great tool to map out your work in whatever way works best for you. I found myself creating the resources that I wished I had when learning my job or anything else in life.

Cons

I found it difficult to sync my Google calendar with Miro and I haven't found a great way to integrate Clickup Tasks. Still looking for the best balance

Really enjoy using this platform Easy to use for all team members and keeps all team members abreast of what is on each team members plate at one time. Project total time can be tracked

Pros

Easy to use Integrations with other software use e.g. Miro is very helpful Improves team communication between in office workers and those that also work remotely Makes juggling many projects at the same easier to mange

Cons

Some areas for UI Improvements Lots of customizations & Features which could result in some users being overwhelmed - However this would be a pro for many users too

So much great pros.... User Interface Multiple views ( list, board, can’t)

Cons

No function in Inbox to re order tasks without an hour to reflect the priority of tasks ( drag and drop at the top the most important task ) and no real native integration with Miro software and Evernote.

Pros

Ease of setting up tasks, adding collaborators. The slash commands and the Slack integration provided is a god-sent magic wand. I cannot stress enough how quickly I was able to convert a Slack conversation into a ticket / task on ClickUp boards and then when I have a bit of time, I would use the slash commands to add descriptions, tables, even link to Miro boards to explain what are we trying to achieve from a task.

Cons

The only con, after a long thought is the absence of a handy keyboard shortcuts guide.

It runs my life!

It's made me more productive, and I've been able to reduce the amount of different tools I'm using. Also being able to use alongside Zapier makes it even more powerful.

Pros

The insane amount of features and capabilities available, even on the free plan are amazing. The only reason I upgraded to a paid account was for more storage. I love the adaptability of the views, and being able to customise views so you can see exactly what you need to. Also the embed view is so helpful, and being able to have my Google Sheets and Miro Boards directly in ClickUp means I don't have to keep swapping between applications which saves a lot of time.

Cons

It's got quite a steep learning curve compared to some platforms, which can mean it takes a little time to set up but once you have the confidence with it the sky is the limit!

Very good alternative of JIRA

Overall I'm pretty happy with using the product.

Pros

I liked the fact that it replaced 3 of our tools - Asana, Miro & Jira and we took all the team members to Clickup. Previously we were using Jira for the tech team and Asana for the Marketing and Growth teams. With ClickUp, we took all of them to a single platform as everything was smooth and almost all the features are available in one place. Sprint planning or Project planning is very good well. We use it a lot to easily segregate the issues/bugs and new development tasks with proper timelines.

Cons

To be honest, I liked all the things. If I've to point out then I feel communications over the team can be improved.
