Simply Voting is a hosted, cloud-based online voting platform that promises to assist organizations of any industry with the running and management of balloted elections, for whatever purpose. Fully hosted and served by Enterprise-grade data center infrastructure, the system adheres to a policy of confidentiality and anonymity, demonstrating TRUSTe compliance and SOC 2 Type 1 certification.
SaaS-based pricing plans for self-administered elections vary according to eligible voter quantities, with custom services available on quote, Simply Voting provides election organizers with an "exclusive" voting website. Branded with the organization's logo and colors, voters can access these multilingual sites via a custom URL that can also be setup and served on physical voting station kiosks. Administrator users, of which there can be multiple, then define all the necessary parameters for active elections including dates, times, questions etc through Simply Voting's online election manager.
Users can select between a variety of voter authentication methods ranging from assigned or generated passwords, external website logins, POP3/IMAP servers, HTTP, LDAP directory, CAS, Shibboleth or Single Sign-On. Flexible ballot questions and also ballot cloning aid election test runs, while mass emailing is available for sending out scheduled invitations and periodic reminders to eligible voter lists.
Accessibility optimization for supporting disabled participants is joined by every voting website's responsive mobile-ready design, with the centralized election manager also providing browser-based access where election results can be tracked prior to publishing.
