Simtheory overview

What is Simtheory?

Simtheory is a secure, multi-model AI workspace that consolidates access to 120+ frontier AI models from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, xAI, and others into a single, governed environment. Teams build custom AI assistants grounded in company documents, wikis, and knowledge bases; delegate multi-step work to autonomous agents with built-in approval gates; and connect to existing business systems through 120+ out-of-the-box integrations covering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and more. A built-in productivity suite covers document editing, spreadsheets, presentations, calendar, and email, all with AI assistance. Deep research tools synthesize information from the web, academic papers, social media, and internal data sources, while creative generation capabilities produce images, video, audio, and 3D models from the same workspace.

Simtheory targets enterprises of all sizes up to 100,000 seats, small and medium teams, K-12 and higher education institutions, government agencies, and marketing, legal, HR, engineering, and software development functions. Deployment options span cloud-based SaaS on shared infrastructure, fully managed single-tenant environments with data residency in the customer's region, and customer-owned cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP. On-premises and air-gapped deployments are available for government and regulated industries requiring no outbound internet connectivity, and customer-managed encryption keys are supported. White-labeling is available on enterprise plans, and assistants can be deployed to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, or via API.

Enterprise governance is enforced through custom roles with granular permissions, token limits by role, configurable content moderation, safety alerts, and SSO via SAML, OAuth, and OIDC. Usage analytics track token consumption by team, user, and time period with full audit logs, giving administrators complete visibility into AI investment. Reusable AI skills encode institutional processes as repeatable workflows, and automatic model routing selects the appropriate model for a given task, allowing teams to switch models mid-conversation without rebuilding assistants or retraining staff.
