UnForm is a document management solution designed to help distributors and manufacturers streamline the entire document lifecycle. Deployed on-premise or in the cloud, the solution integrates with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to create documents, store them in an archive for later retrieval, and deliver them in various print or electronic formats.
Key features of UnForm include image scanning, print management, document archiving, customizable formatting, and data import/export. It comes with print functionality which lets businesses customize printing documents, automate the detection of jobs, and obtain data from applications or disks to process them. Users can identify individual documents within batches and electronically deliver them to disks, web services, servers using fax or emails, as per requirements. Plus, it provides an image manager with barcode recognition and OCR (optical character recognition) capabilities for administrators to scan, identify, analyze, import, and store files in document libraries.
UnForm comes with a built-in programming language, which lets businesses control formatting, headers, messages of content, and automate repetitive tasks using document workflows. With the server manager, administrators can configure as well as monitor the platform's server and track jobs' history, schedules, delivery and more.
