Virto Calendar App brings scattered Microsoft 365 schedules together. It combines multiple calendars across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online into one color-coded view, so teams stop switching between separate calendars to see what is happening.

Supported data sources include SharePoint list events, Outlook and Exchange Online calendars, Microsoft 365 group calendars, resource and meeting-room calendars, Microsoft Planner tasks, and external calendars added through an iCal/ICS link from Google or other services. Each source and category can be color-coded, and a data source legend makes the combined view easy to read.

View options cover day, week, month, year, Gantt, multi-source, and a compact mini calendar. Administrators set a default view for a SharePoint page, choose which views appear, configure workdays and the starting day of the week, set workday duration, adjust tooltip width, and filter Exchange events by status. Categories from different sources can be unified, and events can be filtered to selected categories.

Users create and edit recurring events directly in the calendar, with changes synchronizing back to the original source. Microsoft Teams meetings can be created from an event, SharePoint events can be added to Outlook, and Zoom or Google meetings can be joined from the calendar. Locations and resource calendars are supported for room and asset scheduling.

The app works on modern and classic SharePoint pages and inside Microsoft Teams channels, and also runs on SharePoint Server 2016 or later on-premises. It deploys within an organization's own Microsoft 365 tenant, using Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on and delegated Microsoft Graph permissions, and is listed on Microsoft AppSource with Microsoft 365 App Certification.
