Pros

“The product is intuitive for both staff and users.”

Cody K.

Manager, Web Development and Video Production

“Our workbooks are interactive, so having the ability to have fillable documents with annotations was very important and Vitrium handles it well.”

Matthew D.

VP of Design and Logistics

“I like knowing that our programs that took years of work to produce are protected from IP theft, while still being easily accessed by our paying clients through and easy to navigate user portal.”

Matthew D.

VP of Design and Logistics

Pros

“Being able to watermark videos with the custom options and use DRM protection gives me peace of mind for my paid courses, the security features are exactly what I needed I also really appreciate that storage is charged by "video minutes" rather than file size which is a huge cost-saving.”

Dr D.

Independent researcher

“Another feature I really appreciate is the player's customization: I can hide the progress bar, place the logo wherever I want, disable all controls, or even enable a download button when needed.”

Andrés L.

Consultant

“I like the fact that I can control my media, my live streams, my library and folders, with privacy features that are unmatched.”

anthony g.

Owner

Cons

“They weren't able to support the subscription model we needed, so we had to hire someone else to build an entire integration for it.”

Athena A.

Administrative Assistant for Technology and Technical Affairs

“Unique printing requirements also mean that my customers cannot use protectedpdfs on iPads and other tablets.”

Linda F.

Owner

“Screen reading / accessibility options not available in our current use”

Josh C.

Systems & Projects Manager

Cons

“Gumlet lets me select any frame or upload an image for a thumbnail, but I miss having a built-in thumbnail creator for more eye catching designs.”

Gioacchino F.

Marketing

“The combination of extra payment for CNAME and an alteration of the storage updating system does make the budgeting side of things difficult for businesses trying to be cost neutral in regards to their media hosting fees.”

Caleb S.

NCLEX Tutor

“It needs a little more attention as its a page I use a lot when sharing content with clients and it does not reflect the gumlet look and feel.”
