That a potential investor has to feel like they are "creating and account" in order to see the room - perhaps a subtle re-wording of this would be better. Ordering of files within room could be easier.

Easy to use and good value for what it is

Some functionality is a little basic and could be expanded to enable more granular security or faster document uploading/downloading.

I used to work in investment banking and private equity and used expensive VDRs like Merrill or Intralinks. I always thought it was overpriced for the limited usage we had in typical DD processes. Digify has all the right functionalities at a fraction of the price.

It seems like some international corporates have difficulties logging in sometimes since their security standards might be higher than what Digify offers.

Security features are top notch UI is intuitive Multi user multi entity is simple and setting up new datarooms is very simple

Auto updating directory would be an excellent add on.

We use Digify to securely share sensitive documents as part of due diligence processes and security reviews. Love the ease of use of the platform.

We sometimes run into issues getting enterprise customers to agree to visit Digify's 3rd party url to view our documents.

That it secures my documents. Plus gives an alert to who has signed in and viewed doc and for how long.

It copies my email when trying to do a water mark.

It is a certified tool in ISO 27001 Information Security Management. Over the years working with the tool, my clients are satisfied and feel safe using it.

Maybe in some cases the character limitation when creating folders

We have totally integrated our business around Digify. It allows total security to our training assets that is easy for the students to use and get their qualifications

I would like to see a better integration with Zapier

We love that we can provide our prospective and active portfolio company with secure data rooms and also that we easily can use Digify to send confidential presentations with preset timeouts. In venture capital, we need to supply a lot of confidential information to prospective limited partners and in fundraising, many prospects fall through. Digify creates a simple way to give and to revoke access to individual documents as needed.

We like most of it. The login process can be better designed, and it would be nice if it was easier to resend already sent documents.

The Dashboard view provided the most important information in a concise, informative window. The data rooms were simple to setup. The data room/folder security allowed privacy for everyone involved, while keeping the environment easy to administer.

I have worked with similar competitive providers, who offer a more affordable price structure. Still, for what Digify does, it was more than worth the price for the timeframe we needed it for.

Digify proved to be the most straightforward and intuitive solution for our staff to use an maintain. Very easy to administer and easy to manage users. Generous data limits and some features that punch well above their weight compared to some of the bigger players. Security and watermarking features also a plus.

Not much given our requirements. Could use more admin-level visibility of all data rooms created by other members of the same team.

Drop dead easy to setup, implement and use. Amazingly simple to invite users to rooms, folders or even file level. Price is based on administrators, not data rooms or the amount of content you store. Also really like the various levels of security you can assign to each file and how intuitive that is.

Some limitations on organization of content, but after submitting suggestions to Digify, they promptly made enhancements to address the shortcomings and continue to listen to customer feedback and make upgrades at a fast pace.

The software is very intuitive. We developed copied our dataroom structure into digify and then drag and dropped all files in the right place. Pricing is reasonable when comparing to other platforms, especially taking into account the security of Digify. There are plenty of options so one can easily adjust functionality to what you need, for example with regards to access rights, download/print functionality etc .... The few times I needed support, I was helped by the helpdesk within 4-6 hours.

I couldn't say which specific item I didn't like.

Digify is the most secure solution when it comes to sending files. It is the only software that doesn't even print screen! What i also like: - Easy to use - so intuitive! - We can control the level of security: no print screen, no download, no printing, 2 types of watermarks in 1 document, etc.. - I love that the watermarks are customizable: if there is a leak you can identify right away the "mole". I also like that i can customize the additional watermark depending on the purpose. - The outlook add ins

When you view a secure document in what they call the secure room, it can take up to 10 seconds to pop up on the screen - just be patient, it's coming. Just surprising the first time i saw a secure document in the data room
