With Weave, it's just a nightmare with the customer service and support. And guess what, any settings or setup you want to change, you only have to go through their customer support because whenever you make changes from their web portal, none of it gets actually reflected.

So in short, easy to use given everything is working correctly however customer service DOES NOT resolve the issues they claim to and apparently even if you do a "free trial" of any features, you're still going to get charged and then it's going to take MONTHS of back and forth to get the charges removed. And there is still no guarantee that they have been.

Frequent glitches disrupt workflow

We've been using Weave since June of 2021 and let me tell you, we have had troubles since the day that we went live with our install, and they STILL haven't been fixed.

Whenever an issue comes up where you need to contact customer service i.e. when get weave is not syncing with the practice management software, there is no one that can take your call. When you request a callback via email, no one responds.

The softphone feature allows me to make and receive calls seamlessly from anywhere, which is a game changer when working remotely.

It's also, made it easier to manage calls, texts, and appointment reminders in one place. While there were occasional technical issues, the platform generally improved efficiency and supported daily workflow needs.

What I love most is that it's not just for patient communication — our team uses it internally too, tagging each other and staying connected even when we're not in the same office.

Weave has made my job easier by the convenience of communicating with patients and the convenience of being able to see the schedule from home in case there is a snow day, I don't have to risk driving in the snow in order to reschedule patient's. With weave I am able to do that from home.

They decided to initiate the port on a Tuesday during business hours, without asking us first, leaving us with no phone lines for hours and no way for our patients to reach us. When we attempted to contact them to find out what was going on (because we didn't know they were porting our number that day), we were told no port was happening, only to be contacted hours later after the port was completed by the very person we'd been trying to get ahold of all day, stating that the port was complete.

When a catastrophic flood destroyed our clinic, including all our equipment, computers, and phones, Weave truly saved us. Because everything is cloud-based, we were able to stay connected with our patients without interruption.

One thing I liked least about WEAVE was that some sessions felt a bit too long, which sometimes made it difficult to stay fully focused throughout

It only sends texts to designated cell phones, not just a number listed as "Main" unless you want multiple numbers from the same household to receive texts, which our clients have not been happy about.
