Fieldshare is a great way to track our sites and costs associated with them. The ability to store documents directly within the system is an advantage as well.
Sometimes, access problem and lagging occur. May be my PC conditions).
Mostly, budget management is the most useful with this product. Mapping is good if PC is supporting enough.
Lack of integration with other systems - PowerBI, AFE Navigator, OpenInvoice/OpenTicket.
We are able to accurately capture our ARO and make and track changes live as work in the field is completed, leading to better communication and reporting of progress.
Any features missing from the program have been able to be adapted around, or customized by the FS team.
Fieldshare was easy to learn and is easy to use. Its great to keep track of the work being done for each of our projects and to assign tasks to others with a due date.
It is an easy way to share real time information with the client and the interactive map gives great visuals for grouping work and confirming locations.
I also appreciate the ability to create custom forms such as Daily Field Reports or Change of Scope forms, as an example.
The software is intuitive leading to easy implementation.
We are into the program on a daily basis and it is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate for new users.
Where this software really helps us is being able to collect, store and retrieve our data.

Invest 2-4 hours getting comfortable with the functionality and administration. I am sure you will love it and see the significant benefits for your organization and all the users.
Double authentication can be a bit annoying. When in a rush, it can be a bit annoying to wait for extra loading time, but not sure if it is because of Templafy of the internal software etc.
Very strong integrations to Microsoft Office and other office applicationd. Powefull enablement of company assets and great employee productivity booster.
A lot of problems with compatibility Microsoft Outlook, due to templafy I can´t make the online teams meetings.
Great to preserve brand identity. I also really like that it makes my presentations look a lot better in a very easy-to-use interface.
There are no defects in this product. But the price is a little high for some companies in the beginning of their way.

Some of the text fonts can't be read by the OCR, and it will cause an error in the document. For this case, I still have to process the paper manually.
Because it supports virtually any type of document and format it allowed us to expand our services quickly having a real impact on our top line.
Up to date no existence of secondary solutions that cover more the documents lifecyle.

Rooms provided us with everything we need to manage thousands of documents and their rights of access over a dozen users at a fair price and excellent technical service.
As the manager of the data room, I have experienced numerous problems where a new guest has not received the login email. It's extremely time-consuming to find a work-around.
Our organization has been using V-Rooms since 2013 and the solution has worked out great for our needs.
Lack of training manual for new users to log into program.
Overall a great experiencie, simplifying the way to share corporate information with the financial stake holders. Considering the Data Amount, it wouldn't be feasible to share infromation via email.
Cannot open up multiple windows so difficult to compare multiple documents if a user does not have download permission.
Highly accurate and user friendly. Definitely a reliable tool to manage the company Data.
I was getting billed through V Rooms as soon as their portal was created. The client was not willing or ready to pay sometimes for 33-4 months.
