The Fluid software has been a great project management tool. It keeps track of all the documents, and most importantly, who is responsible for getting the task completed. The distribution tools make it quick to send out Minutes, RFI's, etc. to all parties involved. Customer service is a 10! Always available and willing to make modifications so the software fits our needs.
Tracking of tasks and responsibilities for each party. Distribution of Meeting notes is quick. RFI and submittal logs can be printed in minutes. Great way to track documents.
Some software glitches, but nothing that customer service can't help correct. I wish there was a bit more personalization of the documentation styles. For example, a function to add in different categories into the Daily Log documents, or RFI documents.

Ease of interface with the design team.
It's very easy to use and access, easy to log onto, easy to search, and easy to download responses from designers.
It doesn't always open from the link in an email. Many times, I have received a response from an architect and I have to log into the system in order to access it.

I recently enrolled in the Fluid contract manager. As a previous user of Primavera and other national brands Fluid is much easier for me and my team. The cost as compared to these other providers is much lower making it an extremely valuable resource with substantial savings to our company. I would highly recommend this product and their back office support team
The product was not overly complicated but I felt that it was in a beta stage of development. The product was targeted for constructors. I am a construction manager working mostly as an owner's representative. Some of the features did not apply to the services I provide.
The support was limited as well. I called the rep with issues and oftentimes the response was, "We are working on a fix for that". Otherwise, the rep. was very nice to work with.
Thanks for the review, however it is rather dated and the system has been significantly updated and evolved since you last used it in March. Would you like to try the system again and see if your impressions have changed?
Fluid is very user friendly, and provides the tools we use in the field daily. The customer service has been excellent and they respond in a timely manner to our questions.
