What is Alight?
Alight is an end-to-end human capital service for employers and brokers. The service is built around artificial intelligence and based on cloud-enabled employee benefits administration technology. It provides decision-makers with analytics and insights into their employees' health, wealth, and work. The online platform also features global payroll, talent, workforce, HR services, cloud deployment, and optimization guidance.
It also grants employees access to a range of advice, including health benefits and eligibility, retirement contributions and benefits, payroll, financial wellbeing, and other professional services made available to them. Some notable features include customized reporting dashboards and personalized work-life index scores. A virtual assistant called Lisa assists with employee queries. Workers can also send PTO requests by text and receive 401(k) investment advice via email.
