Azolla overview
What is Azolla?
Azolla is a facilities management application that includes an IoT (Internet of Things) platform, allowing customers to proactively manage their assets and locations in real-time.
Azolla includes all the features that are included in a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) application but with added benefit of adding sensor data. This data can then trigger work orders or alerts to key staff members to resolve an issue.
IOT sensors are used for occupancy management, CO2 monitoring, leak detection, legionella control or the monitoring of assets performance, from run time to vibration analysis. Building Management System (BMS) data can also be ported into the system, bringing key data onto one platform. This allows customers to move from a passive to a predictive maintenance model, lowering the costs of maintenance, improving service delivery and extending asset life. It also helps the environment and the circular economy.
