Great product and great team to work with. The support leading up to and during events was second to none. The ease with which people can spend undoubtedly resulted in a small increase spend per person ... but until launched in the UK proper, the cost is hard to justify.
Very quick and easy to take payments. Being able to take payments offline offers a great peace of mind. Despite initial concerns, overall people like to have the wristband. More secure than a traditional bank card (if lost). sponsorship opportunities with dual screens a great upsale.
Small delay to get people into the festival (while activating the wristband). Some refunds were surprisingly difficult (e.g. refunding the deposit for pimms jugs). The cost, both financial and environmentally (flying people and equipment from US).
