Our marketing tools are simple to use but still allow plenty of customization so agents can select their logo, property photos, color palette, custom questions, follow up text messages, and their preferred lender.
Every lead is verified so agents don't waste time with fake info. Plus, Curb Hero automatically extracts background details like social profiles, occupation and education background for many leads - further unlocking marketing personalization afterwards.
The Open House Sign-in feature has multiple layouts, works offline, and features a QR code for guests that would prefer not to come into contact with the agent's device. Due to hygiene concerns, the need for pre-registration for Open Houses has grown and Curb Hero works perfectly for this so attendance can be managed appropriately.
To make busy Open Houses more manageable, we've added a "notes by text message" feature so agents can quickly add notes for guests without having to interrupt the Open House Sign-in flow.
Not only does the Open House Sign-in's slick look and feel attract Open House guests, but the app encourages guests to enter accurate info because they know their contact details will be kept securely especially when compared to paper sign-in sheets where guest info is in plain view.
The end result from all of Curb Hero's digital marketing tools is a beautiful AND innovative showcase for the agent's brand that saves time and improves marketing effectiveness.
