Jungo is a great all in one platform! We can manage leads, database, and active transactions all from one place! The automation features are fabulous and we can always customize it to meet your specific needs!
It is a bit pricey and can be hard to customize without programmer assistance to utilize the best features.

I've tried many different CRM's in the past and Jungo by far is worth the money.
Jungo did an awesome job of creating mortgage campaigns and layout in Salesforce.
integration with other apps is a pain as you have to call other companies to work with you on setting up within Salesforce.

I have had a terrible experience with Jungo. Jungo uses the salesforce platform. When you have a question or issue, you need to reach out to salesforce. I have had multiple experiences where salesforce lets me know that since I purchased the system through Jungo that I need to reach out to them, and then Jungo lets me know I need to reach out to salesforce. It is awful. I have issues where birthday...
I liked most what the salesperson shared with me the system would be able to do and what they told me the ease of use would be. Unfortunately, this has not been accurate
I do not like that the system is not easy to use unless you have a dedicated employee to run the system. It also doesn't do a good bit of the features I had asked that it be able to do.

I am happy with my purchase and I believe it has and will continue to help me stay in contact with clients and keep track of all of my files.
I like being able to see my pipeline at a glance. I like the integration with my email for tracking and for keeping notes on each file. The task options have helped remind me to reach out to borrowers that in the past I would have missed.
It took some time to learn and implement. There is so much more I feel like I could use if I had the time to figure it out. I suggest a 3 and 6 month review to show more advanced options.

I have a tough time remembering where each and every file is during the process. Jungo has helped me get better organized.
I like the automation of the CRM. I can upload all of the data and set it and forget it. I love all the auto-generated topics that are available.
I don't think I have used this long enough to provide an accurate review. I look forward to using it more and more in the future. I am excited about using it more and more.
