BonusQR is a digital loyalty platform built for small businesses whose growth depends on the same customers returning: cafes, restaurants, bars, salons, gyms, wellness centres, hotels, retail, grocery, gas stations and service businesses.

Most loyalty programmes lose people at the first step. Asking a customer to download an app while a queue forms behind them is enough friction to end the sign-up. BonusQR removes that step entirely. The customer scans a QR code at the counter and their loyalty card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in a couple of taps. There is nothing to install and no password to choose, and the card sits alongside their boarding passes and bank cards rather than in an app they never open again.

On the business side, programmes are configured from a web dashboard or mobile app. You can run stamp cards, points, tiered cashback, rewards for visits or for spend, fixed discounts, onboarding promotions, special-occasion coupons such as birthdays, custom offers and a referral system, choosing the mechanic that matches how often your customers actually visit.

Around the loyalty engine sit the tools needed to operate day to day: coupon management, push and email notifications, Google Maps review automation, a PDF menu and price list, table booking and reservations, an e-shop for pre-paid items, staff access control with individual employee accounts, visit history, analytics and brand colour customisation.

BonusQR deliberately does not integrate with point-of-sale hardware. That keeps setup to minutes and makes it usable by businesses whose till has no loyalty module, though it does mean loyalty balances are tracked separately from sales data.

The platform is available as iOS, Android and web applications in nine languages, and bills in eight currencies.
