The only reason I am not using it in the future is because my business is expanding and I will have three websites and multiple tours which I wish to have all on the same system.

we used squarespace as a webhost, then completely set up our scheduling app with Acuity, which is the squarespace default scheduling app.

It's a bit of a nightmare to navigate through the fora myself and translate articles to my situation, but ChatGPT does an excellent job of that.

Also a little shoutout to ChatGPT, who thanks to Bookeo's extensive help-fora is very able to play the role of a very knowledgable Duda Support Agent.

I mean, that's practically for free, especially in compare to other platforms where they charge 150$ per month PLUS a 3 tot 30 (!)

You need every once of patience in you to try to explain even the most simple questions to some Google-Translated (from English!)

Their internal use of "bookings" refers to an individual customer not the setup of the ops by the customer.

instead of trying to adjust our business to work around the app, your app actually guided us in the process of launching our new business.

This especially bugs me concerning the client-facing interface.

The flexibility on how to configure a tour seems endless.

I sent several emails and wasted hours trying to get a phone call with support or sales to iron out some issues and questions to no avail.

I am writing this review and have awarded the 5 stars because after experiencing the difference with quite a few other platforms, my appreciation of what Duda does do, has grown immensely.

The monthly fee option was the most appealing as opposed to commission based.

They are condescending in the emails and take the real responsibility for issues that arise due to their updates.

I love that when I need assistance, even on a Saturday, I am able to connect with someone. And if for some reason they can't help me, they are able to get me help within a short time, for example, the following business day.
