Overall its good as in it does what it needs to do, and then some. It's useful but feel at times we are only touching the capabilities of this software other then really utilizing it.

Support does not answer questions, they stall, they deflect, and when that fails, they fall back on asking for an "Odoo only" version of the software to test the problem.

Set up team was great as well, very helpful. We have not taken advantage of the integrated web hosting, but only because we are so entrenched and we are not ready to take on that task.

The integrator we selected was highly rated by Acumatica, but we felt was weak and we struggled in our implementation. Our implementation was late and over budget. The worst part of Acumatica is how it handles Email. System email accounts, while not a horrible idea, just don't work well.

Also, sometimes you will get the message that an illegal action was performed, not sure why this happens. There was some major confusion during the start of the ACA reporting. The flexibility, AccuFund is very powerful. I also like the fact that you can setup a test database of your own system to test various scenarios before implementing.
