As an act who sells advance tickets on Eventbrite this has helped us sell concert tix more effectively
I am a fan of the product! Maybe if it could be tied in with Songkick we would sell more tickets for shows.

i love registering for events with eventbrite. it is always a good experience.
as a user, this product has probably the best experience. so smooth and seamless. i love receiving my tix via email
i am not sure how robust the backend reporting features are with eventbrite, but i have a feeling they are not on par with cvent? i would love to know more.

I sent an email on Tuesday and haven't heard back from Eventbrite. I have spent hours on their blogs and I still have several missing questions. I called there on-boarding program and you can only leave a voicemail. I'll update if I hear back from them in the 24 hours they promise. A few technical items: - It would be great if the reserved seating function let customers reserve their own seats...
It's great for general admission. And good for reserved seating.
(1) Customer service. So far it has been almost impossible to get a hold of them. (2) Reserved seating does not allow customers to select their own seats AND refuse them from leaving an empty seat. Hale Center Theater allows you to do both. You can see more at https://hct.org/online/. I'd love to see Eventbrite incorporate this feature. Maybe they do but I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone and started reaching out on Tuesday. It's Friday. (3) Comped Tix: Can't purchase comped tix and non-comped tix at the same time. Must go back into the system to buy more tix.

I have no bad things to say. Very pleased with the ease of operation from both ends. Nice application.
So easy to set up and create an event, and sell tickets. From an end user standpoint it's extremely easy to purchase and show proof of your purchase.
I haven't found anything I dislike from this application. Works the first time every time. Great way to buy/sell event Tix.

Overall great experience; easy to use, self-explanatory
As a user of this software, it was very easy to purchase tickets and create a reservation through Eventbrite; I was confident that Covid capacity restrictions would not affect my reservation, rather than purchasing tix at the door
The email confirmation on first send went to my spam inbox; unsure of how Eventbrite’s email I structured or if my filter is too tight
