“We ran into a couple of people who wanted to make partial refunds (like they bought 5 tickets but only needed 3) and we had to refund the entire order and make them purchase the seats they wanted again, as there isn't currently a way to do that. If there were a slightly easier way to give refunds and make exchanges (that was a little difficult to navigate at first as well!)”
