What is inGain SaaS Loan Management System?

inGain (formerly known as FIS.solutions) is a no-code SaaS loan management system that empowers lenders and businesses in non-finance industries to launch and scale lending and financial products without the hassle of IT management.

The lending solution provides full loan life-cycle management and automation including loan applicant processing, loan origination and servicing, debt collection and collateral management. It serves secured and unsecured, consumer and business, online and offline, cash and wire transfer products e.g. instalment and credit line products, leasing, mortgages, micro-loans, BNPL, factoring, crowdfunding, subscription products, rent-to-own and other unique business models.

inGain is unique as it provides customer driven new feature development and system customizations, to match your specific requirements.

The main no-code system features include:

LOAN ORIGINATION:

- Customer acquisition via affiliate marketing networks and financial services brokers.

- Customer on-boarding via our white-label lending website, mobile app or your own channel connected to the system via API. Customer portal functionality.

- Application process and form setup, data field verification, dynamic knock-out rules. Application steps may include third-party service calls, e.g. KYC & AML checks, fraud prevention checks, open banking data access, OTP verification, electronic contract signing and others.

- Customer file upload during the application process or from the customer portal.

- The customer card in the system includes personal data, application and loan history, third party data reports, scoring information, the loan offer, uploaded files, signed documents (e.g. agreements), and SMS and email communication.

- Product definition module includes interest, penalty, commission and other fee setup. Main calculation methods include instalment loans, bullet loans, and line of credit.

- Data connector and decision engine.

- Accommodates a multi-level loan approval process, automated flows and manual verification.

- Single or multiple loan offer definitions based on a customer risk profile, loan scheduling and other parameter edit options.

- Agreement template editor with placeholders for client-specific information. Opportunity to edit a specific version of a client's agreement.

- Loan disbursement via a payment gateway or bulk transaction upload through a bank.

- Statistics and reports, database access for BI tools.

- Users and permissions, secure authentication.

- Client, user and system logs.

COLLATERAL MANAGEMENT:

- Collateral management for secured loans.

- Two main collateral categories include real estate and vehicles, new categories may be added upon request.

- Collateral value and revaluation management.

LOAN SERVICING:

wish stripe had better integration with auctria would allow for more POS style on the auctria admin app but it works.. and also allow for more payment options tan just "card" on ticket sales... like apple or google pay
