Pros

Gather is very user friendly and helps me keep our event calendar clean and organized. It is fantastic for communicating with both guests and our management team throughout the company.
Visually attractive to the client, when I send a proposal it looks great with a big photo and links that are easy for the client to follow.
Each customer has their own portal, information is easy to access and the interface is user friendly. Best of all, I can easily keep my team updated.

Cons

The only complication we've had so far is when trying to set up a refundable damage deposit and then refund it can be a bit clunky in the "financials" section.
The chef BEO includes the bar information which is unnecessary and can be confusing. According to everyone I've spoke with this is unavoidable and there is nothing they can do about it.
QUICKBOOKS - Gather does NOT sync up with Quickbooks, which in my mind is crazy. I would venture to say 90% of businesses use Quickbooks to manage their accounting.
