Great team who is genuinely there to help and take every concern seriously. They handle every response and need with upmost professionalism and quick communication.
Gleantap is an easy to use web-based platform with an array of advanced features that I’m excited to utilize to drive growth. Not to mention, the team has been proactive in answering both technical and marketing questions while consistently providing first class support.
I did not get introduced to this software sooner.

Gleantap is useful for our loyalty maintenance effords in our customer base and creation of brand awareness.
Not offering a free trial period is a huge missing point of Gleantap, there needs to be a free trial period and it definitely should be a long one.

Easy to use and an added plus is the excellent customer service associates they are attentive and knowledgeable at Gleantap

We really enjoy Gleantap's commitment to evolving the platform based on the needs of their clients, but what’s impressed us the most is the level of service outside of the platform. As self-service platforms become everyday in this industry, having a team to help think through and execute campaigns is a game changer. We think of Gleantap as not only a powerful tool but an extension of our team.
Easy to use and great custom reporting options to support specific business needs.
We have not run into any issues at this point.

My experience has been excellent, and I plan on being a customer for a long time!
The product is simple and intuitive while still providing all the capabilities found in much more expensive products on the market, and the ROI has exceeded my expectations. But above all, the 5-star customer service is what really sets them apart!
Honestly, I have yet to find something that I don’t like about the product and service.
