Customer service side is handled very professionally and there was a thorough training on how to use the services. If I ever have any kind of questions or problems, I am encouraged to reach out to [sensitive content hidden] and his company is very quick to help me with any needs that I may have!
The ability to upload a photo and have a display on the screen within seconds!
It really isn’t a feature that I do not enjoy.

Service has been great to use and they have good customer service.
Ease of use. It puts reviews from all platforms into one area and you can reply to all of them from one platform.
Small learning curve. There are so many different things that come with the subscription it takes a little wile to get going but after it’s so easy.

I thought everything went well. This is definitely needed out there in the market for business owners that want simplicity and being able to do something their self with a system.
When it comes to business and doing the tech stuff, I’m a little bit lazy and I typically hire programmers to do stuff for me, but this looked decently easy so I tried it myself. Not very confident I would be able to set it up, but I did! Super easy and self Explanatory.
Nothing really. I definitely think it is going to bring attention to my website and it’s awesome that it automatically copies your Facebook and Google reviews right onto your website. There’s nothing really not to like it’s very cut and dry.

So far, our overall experience has been great.
Allows my business to advertise and display our menus and show our Google reviews in real time. This has been a great asset.
The system must be rebooted every now and then, but it is not a huge issue and pretty typical for any technology out there today.

Overall has been amazing & continue to learn more and gain more.
I absolutely love the ability to easily send an email to my patients for them to review the company. You can set it up just the way you like. It also gives you the ability to see what patients have opened and clicked on and who has done the actual review. The option to send the review out with certain amount of days also, is a great help. Patients get busy & tend to forget to review but with Infuse they will send reminders to help.
I would like it to be able to maybe link up with some sites example- acquity. So we could create a big bulk email when patients schedule, reschedule, add more follow up emails.

For my company the review management is ideal and a breeze to use. Being able to manage all reviews, surveys & respond with ease makes my job so much easier. Being able to customize easy response, give my customers rewards for reviews & having wonderful customer service that has been superb!
I have enjoyed everything so far. The only feed back I could give as a con would be to work out the kinks. There has been some overlay of bugs when trying to access reviews and they were gone. Then a simple refresh they were back. Just technical bugs with new products.

Not only are their services effective and affordable but their customer service is second to none.
They are all about getting more reviews and their services show it. From the customized email requests we send to the automatic reviews on our digital signage, we get more reviews for our Italian restaurant because of them.
There is nothing negative I can say about this companies services.
