Keap did not really integrate with anything, so all of the contacts had to be manually added. If you wanted it to do anything you had to build out the automation and I had no experience with programming. When I told them it was not working they kept all my money and would not even give me a partial refund.

The tool that I use the most and that is useful to me is sales tracking because I can have a better focus in this area without losing track, I also use a lot of tracking that can be given more personalized to potential clients so that they receive the correct emails.

So the system acts like the minority report and in case you might accidently send emails to old contacts it stops your ability to send current prospects emails until you delete old records.   and old records to them are 4 months... if they haven't received an email in 4 months, opened one in 6 months they are OLD and limit your deliverablity.

This is something that needs to be addressed before informing that you have a integration with that program and ensure it works well before announcing it.

It makes my retention efforts seamless, and the capability to build out robust campaigns sets my practice apart in the industry.

Keap is difficult to train new hires on for the little that they use it (searching contact records, applying tags, managing day to day tasks on their dashboard.
