What is PageDNA?
PageDNA is a web-to-print solution that provides print shops with a digital storefront to manage customers’ orders and streamline eCommerce operations. Administrators can configure employees’ access permissions, create personalized profiles for clients, and secure confidential data using single sign-on (SSO) capabilities.
Staff members can send order details to managers to edit, review, and approve orders in compliance with industry regulations. Businesses can group products into multiple catalogs, select the required layout, and add metadata tags to each item for quick identification. It also enables print shops to accept bulk orders and automatically generate quotes based on customers’ printing order specifications.
Using PageDNA’s division tool, organizations can allocate specific shipping addresses, catalogs, and billing options to a particular department. It allows supervisors to streamline the entire order management lifecycle, from item production to shipment tracking. The software also helps users assign budgets based on role or division, generate financial reports, and export jobs or pricing information for billing purposes.
