It automates and simplifies the management of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) by digitalizing the entire lifecycle of SDS received from suppliers.

It includes a service that automatically extracts data from SDS PDFs and centralizes them in a single searchable repository. EHS teams can access a centralized archive to find information on substances and mixtures. A tailored approval workflow, configured during implementation, guides people and required actions. The integrated SDS-Viewer streamlines access to and consultation of approved, in-use SDS for all personnel. It is browser-accessible, compatible with desktop and mobile devices, and available in kiosk mode, so SDS are always available—even from smartphones and tablets.
