Pros

I cannot praise this product enough, the simplicity, the detailed and complex features and options and the finished product, absolutely fantastic.
I highly recommend this product, the software itself is great, easy to use and gives a great survey experience.
We used this for a rapidly implemented survey. It was excellent - easy to set up, and the analytics in the Professional option are really very good and allowed for frequent non-expert review.

Pros

The forms.app is very awesome. What I like the most is that I can add payment methods to the form.
I mostly like how good, easy and privacy of forms.app in helping me to get and keep information especiallyin research since it facilitates me to get valid data at low cost.
My overall experience with my forms up was pretty great I got to be able to utilize all their tools and it fulfilled my purposes for the app.

Cons

To do one particular function it used to prompt me to upgrade my membership which in my view proved costly for me.
It took me a but to figure it out. That might be a user error on my part, nothing wrong with the software.
Maybe make that more obvious. But that is just me as I used it only for 4 months every year, so from year to year, I forget.

Cons

I feel it should have a template for a registration form. And some times the software lags but rarely.
I cant really think about anything that has ever been a problem.
There is branding on the form which could be removed if you pay for premium features.
