Managers can create custom forms by adding a brand-specific logo, skip logic branching, page titles, footers, and URL variables. It lets marketers send custom thank you or disqualification pages to clients and enable or disable email notifications according to individual requirements.
The application enables administrators to automatically create surveys by sending an email including the survey’s title, questions, and answer choices to SurveyOL. Designers can conduct A/B testing to preview and test a survey before sending it to customers, add QR code or web links to enable form sharing via social media platforms, and embed questionnaires into the website. Marketers can also use SurveyOL to receive responses in real-time and export results or summary charts in Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF files.
