What is Velents?

Velents is an AI-powered end-to-end screening platform for assessing and ranking candidates across all stages of the hiring process. Velents’ on-demand video interviews allows users to significantly speed up their interview and recruitment process.

The software can analyze candidates' recorded video interviews and shortlist the top candidates. Additionally, it includes coding assessments, professional tests, and assessments for applicants.

Once a candidate completes an assessment, the software can rank their results based on objective standards. Companies can also conduct a live coding interview among the best candidates to assess their programming skills and creative thinking in real-time.

Share open roles with potential candidates and communicate with them through SMS and WhatsApp. With the Whatsapp integration, candidates can also reply to questions and send their resumes on the social platform.

Users can centralize answers or build a database of candidates in a user-friendly dashboard.
