Vistio leverages intelligence augmentation to enhance agents’ abilities and enables authentication before they initiate a call. It helps teams identify customer issues, ensuring adherence to process and compliance language. The telemetry data lets managers evaluate call center performance in real-time, understand frequent topics and questions, and identify top performers.

Vistio notifies agents of errors along with instructions to resolve them and confirms when the issue gets resolved. It automatically generates call notes and disposition calls and reduces after call wrap-times. It provides guidance to agents by adding instructions for sub-processes inside workflows and manages them through interim workarounds. It offers API-based integration with various third-party CRM, chat, or ticketing systems.
