What is YDEA?

Ydea is an Italian customer relationship management (CRM) software designed to help businesses provide technical assistance to customers and handle sales orders. The centralized dashboard enables sales teams to manage leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Sales teams can utilize the customer service system to prepare technicians interventions rounds through the ticketing system, view them on the map, and send intervention reports via email and mobile devices. Using Ydea’s agenda module, employees can schedule appointments and conduct telemarketing activities. The application allows administrators to organize warehouses by creating predefined price lists of items and services. Customers can also utilize the built-in customer portal to submit assistance tickets and track the requested support.

Ydea facilitates integration with BusinessCUBE, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to automatically synchronize leads, personal data, orders, invoices, and more. Ydea offers a project management solution, which enables employees to plan and create projects using Gantt charts and track their real-time progress.
