You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.
It is easy to use, it works perfectly fine and integrates easily with other software so it is a complete solution for the business.
The functionality is a bit awkward and customization is limited.

Great for looking up reviews made by real people and not just bots doing reviews. Its kind funny to write a review about a review site that does reviews.
Because some of the reviews about the 'fraudulent' companies in trend there, are hard to believe that it was an issue posted there as a review.
I enjoy the ability of consumers and users to provide honest feedback, suggestions, experiences with the company and products, as well as share frustrations.
There's no option to always get in contact with the customers. When a customer posts a bad review, the only thing we could do is ask the customer for it's reference number so that we can look into it.
Overall it has been great, I have found some amazing software thanks to Trustpilot.
Customer support wasn't sure what's the problem when I'm getting error while signing up.
The software was super easy to use and was made user friendly where anyone would have ease using it.
If you don’t cancel at least 30 days in advance of renewal, they won’t release you from the contract. Extremely poor business practices.
Overall it is a very easy, high quality and trustworthy site to write/read reviews and it's totally free to create and account there and start doing reviews that will help other people.
It has been excellent, good customer service good return on investment.

I love the fact that Nice Job sends customers notifications to give a review for my business. The reviews help me to stand out amongst all of my competitors and generate me additional business.
The IOS app is not fully functioning in the sense that a lot of the features are links to a web browser. Also the conversion website lead page is very limited.
The review portion of the software is awesome as their system does all the emailing and following up for you. Excellent customer service as well.
Someones the AI doesn't detect that a review had been left by a particular client and it continues to nudge them, much to their annoyance. These are few and far between, though.
Their software is integrated into Jobber which makes it super convenient to communicate with clients. It definitely worth the money.
During COVID when we weren't sure if we would have to stop operating and were cutting costs, instead of cancelling, the guys at Nicejob offered us two months of free service to keep things going.
The executive has helped us build our website, he knows what he's doing, super knowledgeable, professional, kind, and FAST.
There's really nothing I can think of that I don't like.
After 1 sms and 3 emails lots of them do. We gathered 103 reviews in 20days - amazing.
I had a beautiful, professional looking website created that has done wonders for my business, as have the reviews I've received through their system.
Very easy to use, accomplishes the goal we set out when signing up.

I have two major pain points with Influitive. I don't like how the overall discussion area experience.
Influitive is thoroughly dedicated to helping us achieve our goals and remarkably invested in our success. Influitive is highly responsive to our needs and is an extraordinary partner.
The team is almost impossible to work with (a far cry from the past where they were absolutely exceptional). There is a lack of caring about the customer and in expertise (even of their own software).

I have two major pain points with Influitive. I don't like how the overall discussion area experience.
Influitive is thoroughly dedicated to helping us achieve our goals and remarkably invested in our success. Influitive is highly responsive to our needs and is an extraordinary partner.
The team is almost impossible to work with (a far cry from the past where they were absolutely exceptional). There is a lack of caring about the customer and in expertise (even of their own software).
Influitive helps us communicate with our customers in a meaningful way at scale and reward them for everything that they do for our business.
It's a great way to create a community amongst our customers and we can get feedback on various initiatives quickly. What I love about the advocate hub is it's intuitive, easy to use and is adaptable.
Our customers love the rewards based challenges and the overall community experience. We also get a lot of positive feedback on the look and feel of our hub.
It is the perfect tool to feature your products and educational resources by putting to really good use all that gamification technics can offer.
I have been using Influitive for several years, and from my CSM to Support to engaging with others has been a wonderful experience.

I love Social Media Integration in this app because it allows me to be productive and reach out to potential new users on Instagram so I think it is a critical feature of the app.

We also meet with our rep on a monthly basis and that conversation is great and informative.
The integration with different applications is also very helpful, and the support knowledge base covers most of the questions you might have on how some things work.
Love the community engagement with the platform. I am a big fan of Influitive and love seeing the positive response from our community of users.
It's hard to identify any downside to working with Influitive or going with AdvocateHub.
My advocates love the platform, it's simple but powerful and has many great features such as templated challenge creation, social media linkage, and easy management of advocates.

Our experience has been great. They were great to work with during our implementation and are always willing to work with us on a project or if we have questions.
Inability to drag and drop items in multiple choice formatted questions. Restrictions on piping in text from certain question types, e.g. drill down.
Very positive, and from what I have personally seen, the best in the market (although you must pay for access the best solution!).
The problem: what they called "flexible" and "adaptable" really meant that I had to build everything on my own dashboard ... and these aren't exactly intuitive platforms for the non-expert.
Simple to quickly get the hang of and with excellent functionality ensures business users (and everyone else for that matter) that they have access to a great product enabling survey feedback.
Some of the features with text IQ is a little confusing.
Not only does Qualtrics have basically every feature you could want, it makes sure you are publishing surveys that are accessible for screen readers. Customer support is fantastic, as well.
There have been occasions where I'm forced to log in again because it timed out, but I was in the middle of using it.
They have a lot of suggestions on best practices to make the surveys most effective. They have several features and partners that you can add on once you start moving beyond the basics.
Integration with other platform by creating the embedded variable give you a lot of flexibility. And the best part is the customer support - very responsive with the optimized answers to your queries.
Features like StatsiQ are awesome for being able to read the responses in bulk without a statistical background.
The product is very easy to use. I like that the format is clean cut and clear with not a lot of information to sort through.
I take a lot of online surveys and Qualtrics seems to be one of the best in terms of functionality and ease of use. I've never encountered an issue with this tool.

Our organization enjoys the amount of visual data this software provides for us. We are easily able to deploy data gathering tools, like surveys, and get a quick real time overall view of the data.
I mostly like how quickly we were able to get surveys created and running. We were able to integrate our solution with Salesforce.
The feature set is reasonable for the price point, and analytics go far beyond cheaper or free tools such as Google forms.
