Alert is a business management system designed to help professional service organizations

By incorporating integrated modules such as resource planning, time management, customer service, project planning and tracking, automated billings and revenue & cost reporting, Alert enables users to manage entire project life cycles from customer request to delivery and invoices. Moreover, Alert supports integration with accounting and email systems, as well as Microsoft Project, in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness with which users manage their business operations.

With Alert’s time module, users can organize timesheets, request timesheet approval, and access employee work calendars as well as plan, schedule, and forecast resource usage and measure weekly and financial performance. In order to facilitate effective project management, Alert’s project module allows users to control multiple concurrent projects, manage work items by project, and generate real-time status and progress reports. Besides project and time management, Alert also provides users with the tools to manage sales, purchases, and requests easily. The Alert sales module ensures quotes, orders, and invoices are managed accurately, while the Alert request module tracks online request entries, issues, and priorities efficiently.

From Alert’s data warehouse, users can create reports and graphs to measure their key performance indicators in areas such as employee utilization, service revenue rate per hour, and projected project hours versus budget. With access to enterprise-level reporting technology, users can collect and review actionable business data that informs future strategic planning and decision-making.
