Dualmon makes it all so simple

Pros

I access my computers as well as friends and family from all over the world. I get a bundle package that is economical per computer and allows me to group them based on the different groups I am helping.

Cons

If they were going to improve it, I would like a way to stay connected for a set amount of time and a set amount of time since last activity.

Best screensharing program

My company develops, maintains and supports an Electronic Health Records Program for chiropractors. Daily I use dualmon to connect with my customers if they are running into problems or to take care of new installations. It takes just a couple of minutes to connect and typically the process is very easy. The couple of times I had questions, they were quickly and efficiently addressed by the dualmon team. I'm very happy with them and I've recommended them to everyone who wants to hear it.

Pros

I have used dualmon for many years. Consistently I love how easy it is for me to instruct my customers to get me connected to their computer. I love how I can use the same assist code for different PCs in a single organization. It's affordable for a mini company such as mine.

Cons

The only thing that sometimes is difficult for my customers to handle especially if I tell them verbally is to go to https://assist.dualmon.com. Sometimes they are unable to get to their email which is why I tell them the address. Most try to add the 'www' in front or have a hard time understanding the spelling of dualmon. I realize this is minor, and obviously it has not stopped me from renewing year after year.

Best I could find and for a very reasonable price.

It is great remote software, i highly recommend it. I will continue to buy it as long as they don't skyrocket the price as some of the other remote software has done.

Pros

I have the unattended remote and the remote assistance. Both plans get used at least 10 time a day. We are a small 2 person company and this has saved us a lot of time from having to drive to customer locations for what is often a 20 minute fix. I evaluated at least 10 other similar products and this one was the one I chose, it had all the features I needed and was the most reasonably priced. I've...

Cons

Dual screen feature lets you toggle between the customer's dual screen, but does not show both their screens simultaneously. A small detail, I just forget to check the second screen and often times a window will open off screen.

Dualmon - Great Product and exceptional value for money

The product worked first time and I have never experienced an issue with it.

Pros

Very easy to setup and use. Supports Multi monitors on the target PC. The flexibility to allocate a licence to either a specific PC (for unattended remote access) or to an Assistance Pool (for attended remote access).

Cons

There is nothing I require that the product does not provide.

Simply the best...

I got the recommendation from a supplier, switch on that referral and have never looked back. Only needed support once and that was fairly instant and accurate / clear advice was provided.

Pros

The simplicity of use and administration, a great product that just does what it says on the tin

Cons

The only feature I previously had and appreciated, but don't really miss, is an email warning that someone had tried to log in to our accounts from an unusual IP address.

Complete Remote Admin

We have used this software for about 5 years. It really is the best solution for the price. We moved from a simpilar software that was far more expensive but as it turns out this was a better solution anyway. We use it every single day having 4 remote locations/stores and servers to access. I am sure people are looking for remote solutions since 2020, we had one all along and highly recommend it.

Pros

The software is really easy to use, dashboard is simple and organized.

Cons

I don`t have any negatives at this time. It meets our needs as is.

BEST WE HAVE FOUND

We have tried Google Remote Desktop and Logmein, and this is the best we have found so far. I love being able to manage user access without uninstalling/reinstalling or signing out and in on a remote device; if that were convenient we wouldn't need this. I also appreciate that multiple users can be logged in simultaneously. Dualmon has been GREAT!

the fixed screen size of the popup window sometimes doesn't match the destination computer monitor dimensions

Ease of Use and Excellent Value for Money

Its provided an easy to use and configure solution to my requirement of accessing remote PCs at a very reasonable price.

Pros

It does what I need. It gives me access to my remote computers and was much better priced than teamviewer which I was using before.

Cons

A couple of things were definitely better in teamviewer but that I can live without for the price: 1 - The log in journey is much longer. I have to access the dualmon webpage, log in, select which computer I want to access, then enter another password. In TV, I had a handy desktop app where you can just double click and access is initiated. 2 - When TV logged in, it reduced some of the bandwidth required by turning off the desktop images on the destination compueter which was handy for my users with low broadband speeds.

Great Investment

The ability to continue to get work done even while I am out of the office.

Pros

I love the fact that I can access my office computer from home, especially since I live in an area where the weather can get rough.

Cons

I do not like the fact that I have to keep my computers on in order to access them. If I accidentally shut my computer down before leaving the office, I am unable to access my files, which can be a headache.

Excellent software and company

I provide remote support for clients. I run 5 computers at my shop from home at times.

Pros

Works great and easy to use. Always great efficient friendly tech support.

Cons

I would like to see multi monitor support. I have 3 monitors on my office desk computer that I often long in to from home. I sometimes have multiple Dualmon windows open monitoring different computers.

remote access for modern communications

they have a lot of advantages, enjoy file transfer in encrypted form, have an unlimited number of users, remote deployment to enjoy a rapidly updated network; may be some of the great benefits included in Dualmon

Pros

The main advantage of this software is that it is scalable, so communication at the enterprise level brings work teams in a synchronized and secure way with two factors of authentication, while you could to be connected over the internet with any platform .

Cons

The truth is that even though I analyze this software, I consider that the only thing against it is the operating cost, perhaps because it is focused on corporate application.

Great all around product!

Overall very satisfied with this service and price point. Great choice for my needs and customer support has been responsive to my needs.

Pros

Easy to use and implement with clients to offer secure on-demand assistance at a moment's notice.

Cons

The dual monitor "stretching" across multiple monitors isn't easy to manipulate and use, but multi-monitor support is needed.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND EXCELLENT SUPPORT

I tried several screen share systems like go-to-meeting.com, join.me,freescreensharing.com, freeconference.com and freeconferencecall.com; required the attendee to download software and/or first upgrade me to Pro version and upsell me after 30 days. Some had no call-in support and software would not support attendees with Windows XP. Dualmon.com free screen share system does not require the attendee to download software, works on XP, no first upgrade Pro version and has live phone support. I have tested their free screen share with friends and all say the image is great, plus I have seen the shared screen. Dualmon does have a Pro version for all of one dollar per month with great features.

Dualmon is great!

We moved from Logmein Central to Dualmon. The support for user controls and remote printing for a fraction of the cost of Logmein Central won us over. Billing is straight forward and honest, and if desired, one can cancel from the dashboard. Support has been great, usually responding to requests within an hour of sending them.

Dualmon Remote Access software...simply the best!

My overall experience with Dualmon has been great. I live about 600 miles from the office that has the computer I acess remotely, and have been using Dualmon for several years. Keep up the good work Dualmon.

Pros

Low yearly cost. Saved enough to put it on 3 PCs. Ease of use. I can use my same password on all 3 PCs. I can print at home and transfer files from a remote PC.

Cons

To be honest, there isn't much to not like.

Pros

The full features, including the ability to view multiple screen and live wallpaper...remote printing...the ease of connecting to another PC.

Cons

At the moment nothing really; even the install file itself is nice and small. Perhaps I wish that with a subscription I could save more than 7 computers to always connect to.
