It enables administrators to capture and store old revisions of various documents such as procedural instructions, protocols, process descriptions, or checklists in the version history.
orgavision offers a host of features including document control, remote access, digital signature capture, collaboration, reporting, single sign-on, and more. Employees can utilize the full-text search functionality to find and share PDF or Word documents with external or internal stakeholders in real-time. Managers can use the auditing tool to verify manuals, record the findings, define remedies in case of discrepancies, and store comments from internal or external auditors.
orgavision lets employees streamline continuous improvement processes (CIP) by following current topics and discussions on the news page, add comments, and view newsfeed in real-time. The platform allows managers to visualize business processes using interactive flow charts, configure workflows, and automatically assign tasks to team members.
