Premier Virtual includes a chat feature, which lets recruiters communicate with multiple candidates simultaneously. Its integrated one-on-one video functionality allows hiring teams to invite candidates into a video interview and determine if the candidate is a good fit.

The beneficial aspect of virtual career fairs is the reporting aspect where at the end of the event recruiters receive a report about event attendees, booths visited, number of resumes submitted.

The "delete" button that allows users to delete a job fair should be more difficult to execute - we had a user delete a job fair two hours before the fair was supposed to start (ug!). But I think this has been solved.
