Rentlio is a property management software that helps hotels, hostels, and vacation rentals manage various administrative operations related to reservations, payment processing, pricing configuration, and more. The built-in dashboard allows team members to track and maintain a database of reservation requests, modifications, cancellations, and upcoming arrivals.
Rentlio's calendar tool enables staff members to handle daily tasks, manage guests, update room rates, configure promotional codes, and edit minimum and maximum stay limits. The channel manager lets supervisors manage rates and room availability across multiple external booking platforms, including Expedia, Airbnb, Booking.com, and Prestigia. The guest registration tool lets front desk employees scan and store ID cards, such as driving licenses, passports, and other identity documents. It also allows employees to generate white-labeled invoices, schedule reminder emails, and add guest specific notes.
Rentlio comes with an API, which allows businesses to integrate the system with several third-party solutions, such as MailChimp, ProRMS, GuestTalk, and Pricelabs. Managers can generate reports and utilize visual analytics to gain insights into monthly revenues and overall occupancy rates.
