Wishbox is a cloud-based guest experience management platform for boutique hotels, vacation rental agencies, and private hosts, which lets users automate all guest communication, up-sell to generate new revenue, and improve the guest experience. With Wishbox’s smart tools, guest app and wizards, users can assist their guests in the lead up to and throughout their stay, in their native language.

Wishbox utilizes automates confirmation emails, an email and SMS-based pre check-in wizard, arrival information, and codes release messages to communicate with guests before their stay. Users can coordinate guest arrival details and automatically receive all the necessary documentation. During their stay, guests can access Wishbox’s dedicated personal area which holds all the relevant information related to their stay, such as the house manual. Additionally, local services can be accessed through the personal area.

Wishbox also enables the coordination of guest check-out information, and automatically leads guests to reviewing their stay through the intelligent reviews system, which keeps negative reviews internal and distributes positive reviews across booking channels. Users can also choose additional services to offer to their guests, define the payment method they will accept, and control prices, with the ability to split income with service suppliers.

Great. I´m very impressed with Wishbox. We have a small property and for our use it is absolutely perfect. It is simple to use, user friendly, evolves according to user needs and I think it is on its way to becoming a great alternative to a PMS. Five stars.

the wishbox is a must have application if you are active in hospitality . It is saving a lot of time in the daily routine work with communicating with the clients . They can send you all needed infos for check in , you can communicate to the clients accescodes , wlan codes etc
