What is simpleERB?

simpleERB is a cloud-based restaurant reservation solution offering yield management, online bookings, CRM, and a GDPR mailing list whilst assisting to eliminate no-shows.

Facilities for multi-user access levels, unlimited areas, and tables that work on iPads as well as desktops via an internet browser. Manage online bookings via a widget from the website, social pages, and Google.

Combat no shows with email auto-reminders (SMS chargeable), cancellation policies/reasons, and card capture and payments on bookings with the secure payment integration premium feature. The payment integration also allows prepayments for booking offers/promotions or tickets for a special private event.

simpleERB payment integration with a partnered provider, allow restaurants to be PCI and SCA (PSD2) compliant when handling card/payments for all bookings types. All credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption, the same level of encryption used by leading banks. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely on a PCI-Compliant network. Partnered payment providers currently integrated are Stripe, RMS, and takepayments.

Inbuilt booking reviews, with comprehensive data reporting with an export facility. simpleERB is built to protect and secure the account's data. Whenever the data is in transit between the restaurant and simpleERB, everything is encrypted and sent using HTTPS. Data is encrypted at the restaurant and backups are encrypted.
