What is Sparxo?

Sparxo is a cloud-based event ticketing platform, designed to help businesses manage registrations, engage customers, and process transactions via mobile and web. Organizers can embed events on the website using custom widgets and build event pages using videos, images, and audio.

Event planners can create multiple ticket levels, offer promotional deals, set up timeframes for selling tickets, and capture details from attendees using custom fields. Organizations can reward customers and remind attendees about inviting friends. Sparxo provides integration with several third-party platforms including Facebook, Stripe, and Squarespace.

It offers a mobile check-in system, which enables volunteers to scan ticket’s QR codes for entry, search guests by name, email, or ticket code, import external tickets, and review check-in history. Using the analytics module, managers can determine high-performing marketing channels, track the number of tickets sold, and visualize the revenue breakdown structure. Sparxo also offers a host of other features such as virtual events, email notifications, channel performance tracking, templates, point-of-sale, and more.
