It lets users alter guest reservation dates or rooms on calendars utilizing a drag-and-drop interface. It enables end-users to reserve rooms directly from websites or Facebook pages, sync bookings with the calendar, enter transaction details, and make payments in advance. Plus, users can connect the system with payment gateways including Omise, 2C2P and Stripe, to facilitate online transactions.

SWITCH.CM enables businesses to integrate the system with online travel agencies. Administrators can set up permissions for individual users based on roles and responsibilities, restricting employees' ability to view, edit, or delete specific information.
