SwitchBoard provides an always-on communication channel, which allows users to establish continuous voice connection with specific groups. The instant messaging functionality lets users send text messages, push notifications, and urgent requests in real-time. It lets users configure voice instructions, such as do not disturb, switch off, transparency on, and more to establish hands-free communication. Users can also set up active or inactive status, allowing coworkers to contact them according to availability.
SwitchBoard facilitates integration with third-party applications, including Slack, Spotify, Alexa, and Siri. It allows team members to video call each other from the platform. SwitchBoard also lets multiple users listen to music at the same time and automatically adjusts volume when a user speaks.
