What is Talkroute?

Talkroute is a virtual phone system designed to help businesses manage voicemail, route calls and communicate with customers via various channels. It offers an audio library, which includes several prompts for agents to create custom greetings for clients. according to requirements.

Talkroute allows administrators to create user accounts, configure permissions for team members to access voicemail boxes, mobile applications, text messaging, or other elements, and route calls from phone numbers to mobile devices, landlines, and VOIP. Supervisors can set up date, time, duration, ID, and status for outgoing or incoming calls, use filters to generate specific reports, and export results in CSV format. Businesses can also use virtual numbers to communicate with customers via SMS or MMS messages.

Talkroute lets managers add submenus to call menus and streamline routing processes across specific departments or team members including sales, support, billing, and more. It facilitates integration with various third-party systems. Organizations can also set up date and time ranges, slots, and call routing rules after working hours.
