Pros

It was and is an excellent tool, I still use it on some websites. The online chat and integration with websites is one of the great things that I really liked.
We feel like having a live chat has given us a competitive edge in our market and our customer response has been wonderful. The interface is easy to use and the technical support has been excellent.
So far, really good experience - contacted customer support and they were friendly and helpful.

Pros

HumanBot is easy to use and deploy. Voices are great and also the human like behaviour of the avatar is amazing.
I am an absolutely enthusiastic user and I definitely recommend HumanBot if you have any kind of website.
The website's design and navigation is impressive (just like Paul's other babies). The layout is clean, modern, and intuitive, making it easy for users to quickly find what they need.

Cons

For example, it's all drag and drop - so the entire chatbot can start to form a jumbled mess if you're not careful.
Missing tutorials in Spanish. Admin may know but end admin user doesn't know English.
The chatbot brought me first leads and subscribers. I was so shocked, that before with the standard chat no one contacted us - but with the automated chatbot I was getting and getting leads.

Cons

The inability to jump from one branch in the tree structure in order to same time from have to duplicate a block.
The leaps syncing is a bit too simple. The amount of figurine is limited.
Early limits of file sizes for training the chatbot were a problem but even that issue was addressed.
