Pros

I love that its very user friendly to use ad easy to manage tasks. I love the interface make it easy to get tickets handled and provide the best customer service for my job.
This was a much appreciated improvement. A great feature is that you can integrated with the big social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook to allow CC to responde quite quickly.
Overall I’m extremely satisfied with Zendesk, It has a lot of great features that helps us provide a great customer support service which is important for a successful business.

Pros

It was and is an excellent tool, I still use it on some websites. The online chat and integration with websites is one of the great things that I really liked.
We feel like having a live chat has given us a competitive edge in our market and our customer response has been wonderful. The interface is easy to use and the technical support has been excellent.
So far, really good experience - contacted customer support and they were friendly and helpful.

Cons

Tremendously disappointing for a company that sells ticketing software to have such a poor interaction when it comes to using it.
Non-Existent & TERRIBLE Customer Service. You are just a number to them.
If you ever need support from Zendesk then it is horrible.

Cons

For example, it's all drag and drop - so the entire chatbot can start to form a jumbled mess if you're not careful.
Missing tutorials in Spanish. Admin may know but end admin user doesn't know English.
The chatbot brought me first leads and subscribers. I was so shocked, that before with the standard chat no one contacted us - but with the automated chatbot I was getting and getting leads.

Amazing.!

Pros

I have Evaluated every thing in last 10 Years , Started from Zopim which was acquired was zendesk later , Freshchat, Gorgias, Intercom , Gist and Zoho . This is exactly what i was Looking for without Breaking a Bank!

Cons

Not yet Explored Negatives shall update after more use

Pros

Has good pricing and even better free seats for few users, I like the application as it provides notification for incoming chat, their new AI works perfectly well in creating auto responses basing on the knowledgebase

Cons

Paying separately for every module is making the software expensive, they should consider a suite account that can combine all modules like marketing and customer communication

An unbelievable blend of ease, style, features and price

We run an overnight summer camp and connecting with parents (our customers) is of top importance to us to establish that we care and answer questions. Even as I was writing this review, I had the opportunity to answer a parents questions on Tidio. There are lots of options out there : Olark, Zoho, Zendesk etc. I found Tidio to be not only the most affordable, but also the highest functioning.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. It's easy to use for both the customer and for the client on the website. Their app is fantastic for both android and IOS.

Cons

Honestly, I love everything about it. There are a few features that I would use on a higher tiered paid version, but I love it!
