TOPIX is a cloud-based and on-premise business management software, which helps manage clients, projects, purchases, and finance on a centralized platform. Features include contract management, serial number tracking, cost calculation, activity recording, reporting, and transaction history.
The application enables supervisors to handle customer inquiries, process orders in batches, automatically set prices, apply discounts to orders, and manage promotional prices. Team members can set up appointments with tasks and follow-ups and create event workflows to manage resources. TOPIX’s document management module helps process invoices, index and store documents, and conduct full-text searches to retrieve specific files.
Managers can combine several projects into budgets and sub-budgets and access notes, correspondence, protocols, and invoices associated with it. With its production module, supervisors can monitor inventory, plan resource availability, compare target and actual costs, and determine the requirement of materials. TOPIX also offers integration with various third-party platforms such as AGNITAS, PCS, STARFACE and more.
